Arc welding robot flexible welding production line description
The welding flexible production line is a relatively high - end production line. Although it is composed of multiple stations, it is different from the welding robot production line in that the welded workpieces are mounted on a uniform pallet, and the pallet can be connected to any station on the line. The positioner cooperates and is automatically clamped.
In order to meet the requirements, the welding flexible production line will have a rail sub - car, which can automatically take the fixed workpiece out of the storage station and send it to the positioner of the welding robot station with the vacancy. At the same time, it can also remove the welded workpiece from the workstation and send it to the outflow position of the finished part.
Although there are many devices on the production line, the entire flexible welding production line is controlled by a dispatching computer. Therefore, as long as enough workpieces are assembled and placed in the storage station, it is easy to achieve no or few people's production and improve work efficiency.

Generally in the market, there are 3pcs of RV reduction gears and 3pcs of harmonic drivers for robots, but our welding robots have 4pcs RV reduction gears and 2pcs of harmonic drivers, more strong rigidity. The RV reduction gear in the bottom is 50C, which its carrying capacity, torque and speed ratio all are more bigger, equivalently 20KG configuration, in that case ensure the robot don’t shake.
3. The 5th axis and 6th axis of robot use double circular spline harmonic drivers, (now in China market, almost factories use single circular spline harmonic driver because of saving cost), the harmonic rigid and torque of double circular spline is 30% bigger than single one.
