RV reduction gear introducer
There are three main core technologies in robot manufacturing: the first is the RV precision reducer; the second is the precision motor (precision electronics); the third core component is the drive. RV reducer is the most rigid low - vibration reducer in industrial robots (mainly spraying, spot welding, arc welding, handling and assembly robots). It is very beneficial to improve the motion accuracy and dynamic characteristics of industrial robots. It is also the core component of industrial robot transmission.
As one of the core technologies of the robot, the RV precision reducer accounts for about 40% of the total robot. Nantong Zhenkang was founded in 1993. It started with the wire feeder of electric welding machine. It is a manufacturer that has been involved in RV reducer for robots earlier in China. We currently has RV-E series 20E, 40E. , 80E, 110E, 160E, 320E, 450E and C series 10C, 27C, 50C, 100C, 120C, 200C, 320C, 320CA.
RV reducer has small volume, large reduction ratio, low working inertia, low noise, high torsional rigidity, high impact load resistance (can withstand 5 times rated torque), high working precision (backlash less than 1arcmin) and long service life. The technical level is domestically leading and internationally advanced.
ABB is also our customer, ABB has purchased the Zhenkang RV-50C products in batches for automated production lines, and has accumulated no more than 15 months of performance problems.
Working principle of RV reduction gear
The RV drive is a new type of transmission developed on the basis of cycloidal pinwheel drives, the RV reducer consists of an involute cylindrical gear planetary reduction mechanism and a cycloidal pinion planetary reduction mechanism. The involute planetary gear is integrated with the crankshaft as an input to the cycloidal pinion drive section.The crankshaft drives the cycloidal wheel for eccentric motion.The crank rotates clockwise clockwise for 1 week and the cycloidal wheel moves 1 tooth counterclockwise.The core components of the RV reducer are the pin housing, the crank shaft and the cycloidal wheel.

Warranty service of RV reduction gear
We provide one year quality warranty for our ZKRV series of gear reducers provided that they are used under rated conditions, assembled properly or applied under good lubrications. During this warranty period, refund or free replacement is guaranteed by our company when the performance of the gear reducer is severely downgraded or malfunctioned, however, we will not be responsible for the other costs arisen hereof.
