Laser welding robot functon

 

The robotic laser welding system can be configured with the “TeachLine” function, which uses an optical sensor to detect the actual position of the weld, thus automatically calibrating the tolerances and positioning errors of the workpiece. With the "TeachLine" function, you can greatly reduce the amount of time required to re - teach. The welding assist gas sends the welding gas to the surface of the workpiece through different types of gas nozzles that can be replaced. At the same time, the “Crossjet” side blows the air curtain, which is blown out from the slit by the high - pressure air in the horizontal direction to form a gas barrier, reducing the risk of welding splashing and staining the protective glass of the lens.

 

The main function of the robot system is to achieve laser welding without welding wire, thereby realizing the advantages of laser high speed welding. Of course, the system can also be used with the cold wire feeding function, which is suitable for the case where the joint gap is too large or has special requirements for the metallographic microstructure of the welding area.
