The presence of a precision cycloidal pin gear speed reducer allows the servo motor to operate at a suitable speed and accurately reduce the speed to the speed required by various parts of the industrial robot, increasing the rigidity of the machine while outputting greater torque. Compared with universal reducers, industrial robot joint reducers require short drive chains, small size, high power, light weight and easy control.

 

There are two main types of reducers that are widely used on articulated industrial robots: cycloidal pin gear speed reducer and harmonic reducers. Compared to harmonic reducers, cycloidal pin gear speed reducer have higher stiffness and rotational accuracy. Therefore, in an articulated industrial robot, the cycloidal pin gear speed reducer is generally placed at a heavy load such as a base, a boom, a shoulder, etc., and the harmonic reducer is placed at the arm, wrist or hand.

Nabtesco was founded in September 2003. In fact, it is composed of a combination of Teijin Seiki and Nabok. As the world's largest company in the field of precision reducers for industrial robot joints, Nabtesco accounts for 60% of the global market.


The Japanese Teijin Seiki was established in 1944. Around 1980, Teijin Seiki proposed the RV transmission theory and started to apply to the robot industry. In 1986, the Teijin Seiki RV reducer was officially mass-produced and succeeded.


As a manufacturer of motion control systems and components, both companies have mastered high - end core technologies in their specific business areas and controlled a high market share. In 2003, Teijin Seiki and Nabok merged to form Nabtesco, which has developed into a leader in the RV gearbox  industry, accounting for more than 60% of the market, especially in medium / heavy duty robots, and its RV reducer market. The share is as high as 90%.

 

Zhenkang is the first company in China to overcome the technical difficulties of RV gearbox and realize mass production. It integrates independent design, processing and assembly.

We provide one year quality warranty for our ZKRV series of gear reducers provided that they are used under rated conditions, assembled properly or applied under good lubrications. During this warranty period, refund or free replacement is guaranteed by our company when the performance of the gear reducer is severely downgraded or malfunctioned, however, we will not be responsible for the other costs arisen hereof.


The following situations are exempted from our warranty scope while paid service is available

  1. The gear reducer is not used based on given conditions
  2. Foreign objects enter into the gear reducer
  3. The specification of the lubrication and supporting material used does not meet with given conditions
  4. Disassemble or reassemble the gear reducer without authorization
