Robotic aluminum welding reduces welding defects
Ordinary welding equipment is completely controlled by manual experience. Therefore, if the solder joints are high or low, and the output and power supply stability of the equipment are not ideal, the false soldering phenomenon is likely to occur. In order to prevent the occurrence of similar phenomena, on the one hand, the solder joint is required to be stable, and on the other hand, the power supply and the transport are required to be stable.
The welding robot can do this. It can adjust the welding speed according to the current and voltage of welding workpieces with different materials and thicknesses to find a suitable welding parameter, thus reducing the probability of welding defects.
In addition to replacing the equipment with a welding robot, preparation before welding is also very important. If the welded part is aluminum and the surface of the aluminum has an oxide film, the oxide film must be cleaned before welding.
Then, it is welded by a welding robot within three hours after the oxide film is cleaned, otherwise a new oxide film is generated due to oxidation with air, thereby affecting the actual welding quality.

However, due to the use of the barreled aluminum welding wire, the wire feeding hose is long, the resistance is large, and the quality of the aluminum wire is high. When the aluminum welding wire with poor quality is used, the surface of the aluminum welding wire will be reduced due to the friction, and the resistance will increase when the wire is fed at a high speed. The aluminum welding wire cannot be smoothly sent out, which makes the arc unstable and affects the quality of the weld.
In severe cases, the phenomenon of jamming causes the robot to stop, so it is necessary to clean the aluminum wire guide in time.
