The three crankshafts 3 are fixedly connected with the planetary gear 2 and rotate at the same speed. Two cycloidal gears 4 with a phase difference of 180° are hinged on the three crankshafts and mesh with a fixed pin wheel, and the needle is wound on its axis. While the wheel axis revolves, it also rotates in the opposite direction, that is, clockwise. The output mechanism (that is, the planet carrier) 6 is driven by the three pairs of crankshaft support bearings mounted on it, and transmits the rotation vector on the cycloid at a speed ratio of 1:1.

 

RV-E is a two-stage reduction gear. The first-stage reduction is the external meshing of the input gear and the spur gear. The three spur gears are symmetrical to the output shaft at an interval of 120°.

 

The second-stage reduction drives the eccentric shaft through the spur gear, and drives the RV gear mounted on the eccentric shaft, causing the eccentric movement of the two RV gears. The two RV gears drive the output shaft with a phase difference of 180° to provide a balanced load.

RV-C is a two-stage reduction gear. The first reduction is the external meshing of the input gear and the first central gear, and then the external meshing of the second central gear and the spur gear. The three spur gears are symmetrical to the output shaft at intervals of 120°.

 

The second-stage reduction drives the eccentric shaft through the spur gear, and drives the RV gear mounted on the eccentric shaft, causing the eccentric movement of the two RV gears. The two RV gears drive the output shaft with a phase difference of 180° to provide a balanced load.
