Welding process requirements for mig welding manipulator

The welding robot can move the welding torch along the weld seam with high precision and ensure the attitude of the welding torch; continuously coordinate the welding process parameters (such as welding current, voltage, speed, gas flow rate, electrode height and wire feeding speed) during the movement.
The welding robot is a comprehensive system that can achieve the best process motion and parameter control of welding. It is much more complicated than a general - purpose robot.

The type of automated welding production that the factory chooses must be based on the actual conditions and merits of the plant.
