2 Weld appearance quality inspection
2.1 All welds of the frame structure should undergo appearance quality inspection. The weld surface should be uniform and dense. The weld bead and the weld bead, and the weld bead and the base metal should be smoothly transitioned, and there should be no sudden changes in cross section.
2.2 The appearance quality inspection should be carried out on the premise that the welding slag, spatter and dirt on the surface of the weld and both sides are removed. The welding seam shall not be painted before the appearance inspection is qualified.
